Oscillating blades cutting

this is a digital cutting system fit for processing low-resistance soft and semi-soft materials with a 50-mm max thickness. It starts from a CAD drawing created in house by our technical office or supplied directly by the client. Machine cutting is suitable for various types of processing thanks to interchangeable tools for vertical cutting, v-cut and punching. This technology is more recent than traditional shearing and die cutting, and it enabled Vergomma to grow and join unexplored markets with new shapes and materials. Our current fleet includes three cutting counters, the most recent of which was introduced in 2022 and is part of the 4.0 technologies.
