3D Printing
Vergomma is equipped with two 3D printers. One printer uses filaments in ABS, Nylon, PLA or other technical materials to create high-resistance thermoplastic items, while the second one, introduced later on, is a cutting-edge machine that uses one TPU-based filament to create sturdy yet flexible rubber items. The first printer covers a 300x300mm printing area, while the second 200X200mm. These machines were introduced in Vergomma’s fleet mainly for the creation of samples, but they can also be used for the production of small batches. Processing starts from a CAD drawing made in house by our technical department or provided directly by the client.
